TEHNOLOGIES
PRINTING
The latest equipment for flexographic printing provides the ability to print up to 8 colors with UV and NC colors. Materials used in the production process are certified by authorized institutions and meet the strictest criteria (Treofan, Klockner, Aluflexpack, Flint group …)
The materials used for printing are:
- - Aluminium foil
- - Polypropylene and Polyethylene
- - PVC and PET
All that we achieve by establishing, maintaining and constantly improving the quality management system, environmental protection and product safety in accordance with the requirements SRPS ISO 9001:2008 and SRPS ISO14001:2005 and HACCP.
CUTTING
All materials used in the printing process are cut to required formats on modern machine for longitudinal slitting / rewinding of flexible materials. The machine has a control system for longitudinal management of strips and independent regulation of tightening. The minimum width of the strip on winder is 40mm.
DIE CUTTING
A variety of shapes and dimensions of Al lids are obtained on the precise machines for die cutting. Precision machines and high-quality German tools of hardened steel provide a perfect cut. We can offer to the customers different types of embossing that provide different effects of printing on the cover. Die cutting of in mold labels is performed on a precise rotary stamping machines. The precision cutting of various forms is provided by modern technology and high-quality German tools.
SLEEVING
For high quality of the welded hose in the process of ensiling (sleeving) reliable way of applying the adhesive on the foil is used. The quality and reliability of welded hose is checked on the machine for inspection of welded joint. Shrink sleeve labels are formed to the required width and for different types of bottles and cups.
